This service includes a Labwork personal review for nutritional insights and wellness-oriented context that includes a customized nutrition/supplement/lifestyle management plan to help enhance your well-being, optimize nutrient intake and performance. INCLUDED: 1-hour tele-visit with Dr. Stef for lab educational review to help you understand nutrition-focused insights in a wellness-oriented context. 2nd hour appointment is your customized plan creation & coaching overview. Discover factors that may be affecting reaching your personal health & fitness goals. We may use lab work you received within the last 6-12 months by your practitioner AND/OR Additional lab ordering directly through Dr. Stef is available (separate cost). Total service cost: $497 This service & labs ordered are HSA/FSA eligible. INSTRUCTIONS: Upon purchasing this service, 1) book 2 separate 1- hour appointment slots & 2) Email your current lab work to my HIPAA-compliant privacy email: drstefaniebasso@proprioceptivesolutions.com - SUBJECT LINE: (your full name) + Lab Session MESSAGE: Write: 1) your Health/Fitness Goals, 2) health concerns/challenges & 3) questions for our session.
Cancellation Policy
