This program is designed to re-establish & build your metabolism, fast track your muscle growth & optimize your calorie intake with flexible dieting using the foods you love. Included is customized Weight Training Schedule, Nutrition Schedule, Suggested Supplement Schedule, Weekly Email checkins & coaching/education from Stef. Finally, feel strong again! Upon booking, select your 1 complimentary training hour slot. This 1st session begins your 12 Week Program with Stef. You'll be coached on the details of your plan & be equipped and ready to get results in just the first week! Add'l live training sessions are available & at a discounted rate during your program.
1. When a 12-Week Training program is booked, client must begin their training within 7 days. 2. No refunds when clients' complete details have been sent to client. 3. If on a 3-mo payment plan, clients agrees to & commits to 3 total monthly charges & cannot pause their program. 4. Live Personal Training Sessions - late cancellations under 24 hours will be charged entire 1 session rate, unless of emergency.
